Learn the mysteries of the runes with this high-quality set from Lo Scarabeo! The runic alphabet is engraved on sturdy kiln-dried wood, ready for a lifetime of divination and study. The deluxe edition wooden runes are smoother and thicker than the standard edition.

This set comes in a lacquered wood box with a magnetic closure. It includes 25 rune tiles (the 25 runes of the Elder Futhark, plus a blank "wyrd" rune) in a red drawstring bag. (The rune on the bag is Raido, symbolic of a journey.) Also included is the instructional booklet: "Runes: The Gods' Magic Alphabet."

These runes are crafted from natural materials, and there will be slight variations from the photo.

Beautiful rune set! So glad I decided on the larger set. These are easy to grasp and feel great in my hand! Larger and longer than a scrabble tile they are super smooth with nice sanded corners! The book is confusing. I found the Rune parchment that I bought from Grove and grotto earlier this year to be much easier to understand. I'd say if you are a beginner get the parchment and just use the book for time of year correspondences.
